Estimator (Mechanical)
Our strong growth, combined
with recent personnel changes including the departure
of long-time Estimating Department Chief Paul Dempsey
and promotion of Jamie Friedrich, has led to our
need for an experienced estimating top performer.
The ideal candidate is skilled in both new and renovation
projects for government, industrial and commercial
clients. We need someone who is competent with Excel
and various estimating software platforms. We seek
a hands-on team player who is willing to roll up
his/her sleeves and be an active part of the estimating
team. We expect you to have excellent people skills.
Ideally, we would like someone who has worked on
projects of $10 million or more (please describe
your past project experience when responding to
this ad). Strong organizational skills and attention
to detail is a must.
HVAC Technician
Immediate opening for experienced
candidate in AC, heating, refrigeration and controls.
Must have a good driving record and excellent customer
communication skills.
Project Manager
Minimum 10 years experience
in managing commercial, industrial and government
renovation/new projects. Strong organizational,
management, negotiating, estimating, PR, attention
to detail and documentation skills. Stable work
history required. Project size range $500,000 to
$25 million. Field experience and degree preferred.
