| "I
have had the distinct pleasure to work with
Welch & Rushe at the National World War II Memorial
project for the past 2 1/2 years. Specifically,
I have worked with Pat Tonker, John Welch and
Tim Wettlaufer. Their performance has been exemplary
and their contributions have been paramount
to our success. Not only has the quality of
their work been superb, they have contributed
their vast experience and knowledge in ways
that have added value to the project for the
Government and all those who will visit the
Memorial for decades to come."
