Immediate opening for experienced top performer in estimation
of commercial, industrial and government new and renovation
projects. Strong organizational skills and estimating
skills are a must. Field work experience is preferred.
Proficiency on Estimation and Excel programs a plus.
HVAC Technician
Wanted Immediate opening for experienced candidate in
air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and controls.
Must have good driving record and customer communication
skills. Excellent benefits package.
Upper Level Project Manager
Minimum 10 years experience in managing commercial, industrial
and government renovation/new projects. Strong organizational,
management, negotiating, estimating, PR, attention to
detail and documentation skills. Stable work history required.
Project size range $4M to $15M. Field experience and degree
preferred.

I started working at Welch and Rushe,
Inc. in 1971. After one week in the field I was brought
into the office to Estimate and Manage Projects. After
30 years, I retired from Project Management and continued
to work as an estimator only. I have watched this company
grow from a four person office staff to over 50 people.
The people I work with make it a pleasure to come to work
each and every day. I hope to continue working until my
co-workers and my wife let me retire. I would not have
it any other way. |
